Nursing students'stress factors in clinical practice

The thesis focused on the psychological burden of students on professional practice and the related self-confidence of students. I set myself the following goals: 1. To analyze the current state of the issue of mental stress of students in professional practice using scientific sources and articles in Czech and foreign literature 2. Prepare a non-standardized structured questionnaire and assign the target respondents - students of Charles University 2nd and 3rd Faculty of Medicine / Faculty of Medicine / in Prague and students of the Faculty of Health Care of the Catholic University in Slovakia 3. Identify potential differences in the identification of stressors in the course of professional practice and assessment of load by students 4. Propose recommendations for improving education and training during studies The methodology: the work consists of data analysis obtained using a structured questionnaire, which was distributed electronically among students of General Nursing in 2nd and 3rd year in Czech Republic and in the 2nd and 3rd year in Slovakia. The final number of respondents for both universities was 66, a rate of return of 72%. The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Method of education of non-medical medical staff from the pupil's point of view" was aimed at information on how to perceive the advantages and disadvantages of practical training in a practical training classrooms and conditions of real practice. Another goal was to find out what difficulties students should have from the transition from a practical training classroom to the conditions of real practice at a time when students and their victims are from starting after graduation. The theoretical part is based on the literature, its analysis, comparison and synthesis. The first part is based on the definition of the concept of nursing, its history in the Czech lands. The next part of the work deals with the education of health professionals and forms of education. The practical part of the work is focused on teaching, practical training and professinal practice. Furthermore in the practical part of the work, to find out opinion of the students, and their readiness for entry into a medical facility after graduation from questionnaires. Recommendations for pedagogical practice were prepared from the obrained informations.
Matual expectations of Nurse and students majoring in General nurse on practical training in selected wards

This thesis assesses the mutual expectations of nurses and students majoring in Generel nurse in practical training in selected hospital departments. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze what are the mutual expectations of nurses and nursing students in practical teaching in selected hospital departments. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part covers history of education of nurses, current study conditions in nursing, competencies of General Nurses, practical training, mentoring and the specifics of nursing care in selected hospital departments. In the empirical part, a quantitative research survey was used. The survey was performed using two types of questionnaires. First type was distributed to nurses in the surgical, internal medicine and psychiatric wards. The second type was distributed to second and third-year students of nursing school. Six hypotheses were formulated: H1: The nurse expectations are influenced by the level of nurse's education. H2: The nursing student expectations are influenced by the level of nurse's education. H3: The nursing student expectations are influenced by the specifics of the selected department. H4: The nurse expectations are influenced by nurse's tenure in the selected department. H5: The nursing student expectations are influenced by the level of student's education. H6: The nurse expectations are influenced by the level of student's education. The results show that the nurse expectations is influenced by the level of nurse's education (H1) and also by the student's previous education (H6). The nursing student expectations are influenced by the specifics of the selected department (H3). It was also found that the nursing student expectations are not affected by the education of nurses (H2) or the student's previous education (H5). The results of the work can be used by nursing students before starting practical training as well as by nurses as feedback.
Physics teaching at elementary schools as a basis of specialized education at secondary vocational school

The thesis describes the use of professional examples from plumbing practice in teaching physics. The theoretical part describes the educational field of physics and physics education. There is also created a content and didactic analysis of teaching physics at primary school in terms of vocational subjects in the field of Plumber. The focus of the practical part is to create electronic teaching materials and teaching aids with a focus on the Plumber apprenticeship. It is then investigated how pupils and teachers evaluate the use of professional examples in their lessons and homework.
